FAQs
Orders & Communication
How do I contact Best Welcome Bags? We are an internet-based retail business located in Warsaw, Indiana. You can reach us directly via email at info@bestwelcomebags.com or by cell at 224-515-0570.
Why do you need my phone number? Your privacy is paramount. Your phone number, address, and payment information will never be shared or used for solicitation. I request a contact number solely to ensure smooth communication during the proofing process. Since emails can sometimes be delayed or filtered into spam, having your number allows us to stay on schedule and get your order to you on time.
Why do I pay before seeing a proof? Unless you are requesting a completely custom design from scratch, you are selecting from our established artwork. Your purchase initiates the design phase where we apply your specific personalization to that artwork. Rest assured, nothing moves to the printer until you have personally reviewed and approved your digital proof.
Can I customize colors or fonts? Absolutely! Many of our designs are flexible. In most cases, there is no additional charge for font or color adjustments. Please reach out to Tina at info@bestwelcomebags.com with your specific vision, and we’ll be happy to help.
Processing & Shipping
How long until my order ships? Timely delivery is a team effort! We require your approval on digital proofs before we print. Proofs are typically sent via email within 24 hours of your purchase.
- Processing: Ship within 2 business days of proof approval via USPS First Class (unless upgraded).
- Transit: Shipment can be reached within 5-8 business days.
Returns & Quality Guarantee
What is your return policy? We take immense pride in our work and want you to be thrilled with your order. Because our products are custom-made to your specifications and approved by you before printing, we offer a 30-day return policy under the following conditions:
- Quality Issues: If there is an error in material quality, quantity, or an inaccuracy that differs from your approved proof, we will replace the product immediately to meet your deadline.
- General Returns: If you wish to return a product that was correctly printed per your approval, all original items must be returned at the purchaser’s expense.
- Exclusions: Failing to review your product immediately upon receipt negates the refund policy.
Product Details
Are the water bottle labels waterproof? Our labels are highly water-resistant—similar to a high-quality jar label. They hold up beautifully against condensation and light rinsing. We advise against submerging them in ice water for extended periods. We choose this material because it offers superior print quality and a premium feel compared to "fully waterproof" vinyl, which can often feel greasy or have a chemical odor.
Is there a specific water bottle I should use? Look for "generic" store-brand cases (found at most grocers). These usually have a thin plastic sleeve that is only lightly tacked on, making them very easy to remove. Try to find bottles with a smooth center area rather than a fully ribbed surface for the best label application.
How do I remove original labels? Two easy methods:
- Baking Soda: Soak the label area in room temperature water with 5–10 tablespoons of baking soda for 30 minutes. The label should slide right off.
- Magic Eraser: Dampen a white Magic Eraser, let it sit on the label for 5 minutes, and then wipe the label away.
Do you use gold foil? No, we do not use metallic foil. We use high-quality inks to create a graphic "gold effect." This ensures a smooth, durable finish that won't flake or peel while still providing that elegant, reflective look.
What are the door hangers and bags like?
- Door Hangers: These are a novelty item professionally printed on heavy cardstock. They are not plastic or laminated.
- Welcome Bags: Our standard 8" x 10" x 4" bags are the result of years of testing. They feature rope handles and reinforced holes. They comfortably fit two water bottles, snacks, and your welcome stationery.
- A Pro-Tip on Colors: We offer Black, White, Gold, Silver, and Oatmeal. We recommend using a neutral bag and letting the custom label provide your wedding colors. This prevents clashing and ensures your branding "pops."
